You'll play a key role in supporting clients across a variety of sectors, including care and legal services.The Role: You will provide high-quality remote support using PSA and RMM tools, manage telephone-based queries, and take ownership of technical issues through to resolution.Key Responsibilities: Deliver efficient, high-quality remote IT supportConfigure and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants (Exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, Endpoint Manager)Install and configure Windows 11 and mobile devicesDiagnose and troubleshoot IT issues, including mail flow and client configurationMaintain clear, accurate documentation of completed workEnsure cyber security best practices are followed at all timesEssential Skills & Experience: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Office applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel)Experience with Windows installations and software configurationFamiliarity with diagnostic tools such as Event Viewer and Command PromptExcellent communication skills with the ability to take ownership of issuesBenefits: Company pensionPrivate health and dental care25 days holiday plus public holidaysCar and phone allowanceCycle-to-work schemeCompany events Due to the office location, a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential.
