Are you passionate about sound, lighting, or music? Do you enjoy building relationships and driving sales? If so, we have the perfect role for you!


INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER


Location: Trafford Park, Manchester, M41 7JQ (FREE onsite parking)

Salary: £27k - £33k per annum + commission

Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 (37.5 hours per week)

Holidays: 25 days + statutory bank holidays + Christmas shutdown

Your Role: Build Strong Customer Relationships & Drive Growth

As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in strengthening relationships with existing customers, re-engaging inactive accounts, and expanding product uptake. This role is ideal for a proactive and motivated individual looking to thrive in sales and account management.


Key Responsibilities

✔️ Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring customer engagement and satisfaction

✔️ Identify and develop new business opportunities

✔️ Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers

✔️ Recommend additional product lines based on customer needs

✔️ Work towards and exceed sales targets through effective account management

✔️ Represent AVSL at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities

✔️ Accurately log customer interactions and sales progress


Who We’re Looking For

✔️ Proven experience in account management with strong upselling and cross-selling skills

✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

✔️ A self-motivated individual who thrives on achieving targets

✔️ Experience or interest in AV, sound, or lighting (desirable but not essential)

✔️ Ability to identify opportunities and drive sales through proactive outreach

✔️ Highly organised with a problem-solving mindset
