TH Daniels Global Executive Search have partnered with a global provider of Heat Exchangers & Process Equipment to recruit a UK Sales Manager.
This is a critical position within the business, based within the European Sales Team with responsibility & ownership for managing existing revenue and driving new growth across Heating & Cooling markets withing the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee UK Sales, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve and exceed sales targets across Heating & Cooling Industries.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions from our product portfolio.
* Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, providing insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Heat Exchangers and Cooling Technologies, collaborating with engineering teams & service centres to address client queries and provide innovative solutions.
* Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and timely reporting of sales performance metrics.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5-10 years in sales and business development within the Heat Exchanger, Cooling Solutions, or HVAC industry.
* Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical B2B environment.
* Strong understanding of heat transfer technologies and or HVAC Equipment and their applications across various industries.
* Ability to effectively present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
