Senior Quantity Surveyor – Salary up to £95,000 (Permanent), will also consider freelance for the right Senior Quantity Surveyor
Our client is a well-established main contractor based in Central London, entrusted with delivering some of Britain’s most prestigious residential and commercial projects. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
The business is currently mobilising several new schemes, including prime residential developments and the conversion of an existing building into a large hotel. These projects predominantly involve complex structural “cut and carve” refurbishments.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for the full range of commercial duties, from procurement through to final accounts, and will be confident managing the day-to-day commercial aspects of a live site.
Key Requirements:
* The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have proven experience within the London construction market (preferred)
* Strong background in refurbishment projects
* Formal Quantity Surveying qualification
* Excellent communication skills
* Commercially and technically competent
* Resides within commuting distance of Central London
