Job Description Job Title: Customer Journey Executive Company: Leading Advertising Agency Overview: The Customer Journey Executive (CJE) is a junior-level, operational role designed to support Customer Journey Directors (CJDs) across all domains. By handling administrative and logistical tasks, the CJE reduces the operational burden on CJDs, enabling them to focus on strategy, client partnerships, and campaign leadership. This role provides an excellent career pathway towards becoming a Customer Journey Director, offering exposure to the full campaign and customer journey lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Operational & Administrative Support: Manage campaign timelines, asset approvals, documentation, and production tracking. Maintain accurate filing systems, meeting invites, distribution lists, and follow up on action items. Assist in preparing presentations and reports. Input Assessment: Pre-assess campaign briefs, media plans, and inputs, highlighting issues and summarising actionable points for CJDs. Cross-Domain Collaboration: Support consistent delivery across domains (CFX, CIM, DCDC, Data) and coordinate with Creative Production Managers and other teams. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date reports on KPIs, timelines, and campaign progress. Capture and distribute meeting notes. Learning & Development: Gain hands-on experience in strategic planning, campaign optimisation, and client engagement as part of a development path toward CJD responsibilities. Client & Team Collaboration: Act as the first point of operational support for CJDs, assisting with scheduling, communication, and preparation for client-facing activities.
