Role OverviewWe’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical Fleet Integration Project, aligning systems, processes, and people across two departments. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver meaningful change in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
1. Drive the successful integration of fleet operations, ensuring adoption of best practices and standards.
2. Manageplex change projects to tight timescales.
3. Engage stakeholders at all levels and lead meetings, updates, and progress reporting.
4. Oversee system and data integration for fleet management.
What We’re Looking For
5. Proven experience in change or integration projects.
6. Strong knowledge of UK fleet operations (cars, vans,pliance).
7. Skilled in project planning, monitoring KPIs, and delivering oues.
8. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills.
9. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
Desirable: PRINCE2/APM/PMP certification, experience with TUPE processes, and familiarity with fleet systems like Jaama Key2.
