Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Director, and working collaboratively with the Account Directors, your main responsibilities will include:
* Developing a strong understanding of your assigned client contacts, products/services, industry and competitors
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients and establishing yourself as their primary contact and trusted recruitment advisor
* Attending client meetings as required and promoting our services to ensure we are fully networked across all levels, functions and locations
* Identifying candidates for your opportunities using advanced sourcing tools and assessing their suitability and interest in the roles
* Liaising with the Talent Acquisition team to share information and support wider campaigns
* Managing interviews, assessments and subsequent offers to ensure a smooth and successful completion to your recruitment campaigns
* Producing account metrics as required including sales performance and monthly forecasts
* Ensuring that client requests and issues are managed in a timely and effective way with issues escalated as appropriate
Your Profile:
* Previous experience gained within a talent sourcing role would be preferable
* Tenacious with a passion to build long-term partnerships and deliver a first-class service
* Strong analytical and research skills combined with an inquisitive mind
* Commercial and empathetic with a good understanding of business
* Strong communication skills with the ability to question and challenge
* Good understanding of IT and competent with social media and business networking platforms
* Self-motivated and target driven
* Tenacious, ambitious and resilient
