As our Marketplace continues to expand rapidly, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Seller Onboarding & Operations Coordinator to join the Seller Management team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations, compliance, and onboarding activities across a fast-growing base of third-party sellers, ensuring seamless execution and seller compliance.

With over 320 live sellers and an accelerating pipeline- particularly in the Health & Beauty and Fashion categories- this role is essential to reduce bottlenecks, enhance seller experience, and ensure operational excellence across the seller lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate new seller onboarding processes including KYC checks, catalogue setup, and approval workflows

Product approval, review sellers listing, approve and provide best practice feedback

Act as a key point of contact for operational updates and seller communications

Maintain documentation and monitor progress of each seller onboarding journey

Operational Management

Track and escalate SLA breaches, such as delayed orders or unfulfilled items

Manage customer service escalations with sellers

Support ongoing seller meetings and communications, including scheduling, agenda prep, and follow-up actions

Compliance & Legal Coordination

Work with internal compliance/legal teams to ensure timely collection and verification of documents such as tax records, insurance certificates, and VAT registration

Ensure all sellers meet ongoing compliance requirements as part of lifecycle management

Process Improvement & Change Management

Contribute to the rollout of new processes and tools by updating documentation and assisting with user training

Assist in managing new initiatives such as seller churn prevention and fashion-specific workflows

Key Skills & Experience

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail, especially in administrative or compliance-heavy environments

Experience coordinating between cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Legal, Tech)

Knowledge of marketplace platforms or eCommerce is a strong advantage

Proficiency in tools like Excel

Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am - 5.30pm - Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.
