What You'll Be Doing:
As a key member of our team, you'll be the welcoming face of Knights. You'll deliver outstanding service, help keep everything running smoothly, and make every customer feel like part of the family.
* Greet customers warmly and handle orders & payments for both takeaway and restaurant service.
* Share your knowledge of our iconic fish and chips and make personal recommendations.
* Plate and serve dishes with care, working closely with the kitchen team.
* Assist with morning food preparation alongside the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Jump in to support the kitchen during busy shifts when needed.
* Represent our values, our brand, and our proud family tradition every day.
What We're Looking For:
* A charismatic and confident personality—you love chatting with people and making them smile.
* Punctual, reliable, and always ready to bring your best.
* Great communication skills and the ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment.
* Experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role is a bonus, but not essential—we're happy to train the right person.
* A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, and serving great food.
