💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Provide specialist psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions
* Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams using an assess, plan, do, review model
* Deliver consultation, reflective practice, and training to staff
* Support service development through embedding psychological frameworks and approaches
* Maintain high standards of clinical record keeping and reporting
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
* HCPC-registered Practitioner Psychologist
* Experience with neurodiverse populations and/or SEMH needs
* Strong skills in formulation, intervention planning, and consultation
* Ability to communicate complex ideas sensitively and effectively
* Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing CPD
