Durley Dean Hotel is looking for experienced room attendants that can clean to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and other designated areas in accordance with hotel standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities such as towels and toiletries
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
* Thorough cleaning all areas of bathrooms to high standards
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
* Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
* Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
-Position requires candidates to work every weekend.
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products used in a hospitality setting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Skills:
- Hotel experience is a plus
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service to guests
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
