MFA Onboarding Analyst (AVP Level) Enterprise Identity Security
Contract: Initial 36 months (extension likely)

The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced MFA Onboarding Analysts at AVP level to support a large-scale enterprise MFA transformation programme being delivered by a global technology consultancy into a highly regulated, Tier-1 financial services environment.
This role sits at the heart of a complex identity security landscape and requires strong governance capability, stakeholder management, and deep experience delivering MFA at enterprise scale.
Hands-on experience with Silverfort is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and govern the enterprise MFA onboarding programme, ensuring secure, scalable, and user-friendly adoption
* Drive MFA adoption, compliance tracking, and risk mitigation across critical applications and infrastructure services
* Partner closely with IAM engineers, security architects, and application owners to integrate MFA across:
o Silverfort
o Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
o SSO and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
* Review, advise, and support application teams on:
o MFA policies
o Conditional Access
o Security control and risk requirements
* Provide audit readiness, including evidence preparation and controls reporting for internal and external assurance activities
* Lead communications and training plans supporting enterprise-wide MFA rollouts
* Produce executive-level reporting and support steering committee forums
* Clearly articulate security decisions, risk assessments, and business impact to senior and executive stakeholders
Required Experience
* Demonstrable experience working with Silverfort in an enterprise environment (mandatory)
* Strong background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra / Azure AD, Conditional Access, and SSO integrations
* Strong understanding of authentication and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
* Experience operating within large, regulated enterprise environments
* Proven ability to engage confidently with both technical teams and senior non-technical stakeholders
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
Desirable
* Experience delivering security or IAM programmes within financial services
* Exposure to audit, risk, and compliance frameworks
* Previous ownership of enterprise security rollouts or identity transformation initiatives
