The Role: We are seeking a Professional Delivery Driver to join our Logistics team at our Operations Centre in Lichfield on a Permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team.
Hours:
1. 10 hours per day, 4 days per week
2. Start times between 5am and 6am
Pay:
3. £12.86 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
4. Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring care and attention to detail in every task.
5. Unload, load, and deliver valuable artwork to our network of galleries, customers, and artists across the UK.
6. Ensure proper handling and timely delivery of all items in your care.
7. Have strong geographical knowledge and experience driving in and around London and other UK cities.
8. Be flexible to work early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends as required.
You:
9. Hold a Full UK driving license (with fewer than 9 points).
10. Have previous van driving experience (essential).
11. Nationwide driving experience is preferred.
12. Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
13. Be happy to work in a physically demanding role involving long-distance driving and regular manual handling.
14. Flexibility to work varied hours, including early starts and later finishes.
