Are you a highly motivated, adaptable, and naturally excellent communicator ready to jump into the fast-paced world of digital marketing? We’re looking to bring on a new Growth Associate to play a critical role in our sales team, reporting directly to our Head of Sales.

What you’ll be doing
* This is an inbound role – we don’t require cold calling at Decipher Marketing as our services are in such high demand. Every prospect has booked in directly for a consultation with one of our Growth Associates. The Growth Associate must lead the sales process from start to finish – discovery, qualification, closing the deal and handing over the client to our Client Success team.
* Identify pain points and tailor pitch to suit the needs of the prospect. We have different services available, so the Growth Associate will have to think on their feet and identify which solution will maximise the chance of converting the sale.
* Drive deals forward aggressively and maintain pipeline momentum.
* Handle objections confidently and turn hesitation into commitment.
* Immaculate pipeline management – we use Hubspot CRM; keeping a clean, organised pipeline is integral in order to follow up effectively and get deals over the line.
* Follow up relentlessly – no warm lead left behind.
* You’ll be working directly alongside one of our founders to refine messaging, scripts, and conversion strategy.


What we’re looking for
* Minimum of 2 years sales experience (can be SDR, AE etc.).
* Exceptional Communication (Verbal & Written): Crystal-clear articulation, simple explanation of complex concepts, and impeccable spelling/punctuation.
* Fast Learner & Adaptable: Proven ability to quickly and independently learn new skills and processes.
* Excellent work ethic: the more you put in, the more you get out. Industry-leading compensation is on offer here for those who aren’t scared of hard work.
* Technical Proficiency: Competence with basic technology, CRM competency and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.


What we offer
* OTE: £55,000 (£24,000 base salary, 10% commission on all sales – commission is uncapped; top performers earn ~£75,000 per annum)
* Work Style: Hybrid (3 days in our London office, 2 days from home)
