Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries with professionalism will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills and a knack for upselling, while also being multilingual or bilingual, particularly in Spanish and English.

Please note the hours for this role are Monday 2-5pm, Thursday 9-1pm and Friday 9-4pm. Please only apply if these are hours are suitable for you. There is scope to add additional hours eventually.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
* Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records and interactions.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience.
* Identify opportunities for upselling products or services that meet customer needs.
* Analyse customer feedback and report insights to improve service delivery.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
* Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively.
* Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
* Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are an advantage, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
