Our client, a leading global logistics provider, is seeking an experiencedAirfreight Managerto lead the design, optimisation, and performance of its international airfreight network. This is a high-impact role combining strategic network planning with hands-on operational and commercial responsibility. Key Responsibilities * Develop and optimise global airfreight network strategy across key trade lanes * Identify cost-effective routing and airline port pair solutions aligned with customer demand and service levels * Manage airline relationships, including performance evaluation and preferred carrier programmes * Negotiate and oversee BSA and capacity agreements, ensuring compliance and competitiveness * Maximise capacity utilisation, including ULD management and load factor optimisation * Make daily operational decisions on routing, carrier allocation, and margin protection * Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive rates and support profitability * Provide market insights and cost intelligence to pricing and tender teams Success Metrics 1.
