Directorate The Registry Services Directorate comprises responsibility for the administration of the student journey from registration to graduation, and consists of the following functions: registration, quality assurance, UKVI compliance, timetabling, student records, examinations, awards, and graduations, student finance, and student casework.RoleThe role provides comprehensive administrative support for the operational delivery of apprenticeships across a defined portfolio, from the onboarding of employers and apprentices through to programme completion. The post holder will maintain accurate and timely records across University systems, work proactively to manage apprentice lifecycle processes in line with the academic calendar, and apply a strong understanding of apprenticeship regulatory requirements. The role also involves producing reports, identifying data anomalies, supporting quality assurance activities, responding to employer and apprentice enquiries, and contributing to audit readiness, while delivering excellent customer service and supporting wider portfolio developments.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage accurate records across multiple systems. They will be proactive, well organised, and confident in working with data, reports, and compliance-related processes. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, alongside the ability to liaise effectively with academic colleagues, employers, and apprentices.
