Job Title: IT Infrastructure Engineer
Reports To: IT Infrastructure Operations Manager - EMEA
Location: Gillingham/Remote
Overview: The successful candidate will be an instrumental part of a growing IT Infrastructure team across the EMEA region, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing our core SCCM infrastructure across 150+ locations.
The ideal person will appreciate our service role within the organization; be adaptive, agile, and an excellent communicator. They should be capable of writing clear documentation and training other team members where applicable.
Job Skills & Experience Required:
Key technical skills/experience required
* Active Directory – GPOs, Authentication protocols
* VMware (ESXi, vCenter, etc.), VEEAM Backup, Support, Troubleshooting
* Solarwinds
* DNS, DHCP, DCs
* Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2012-2019, upgrades
* Appreciation of SecOps and DevOps philosophies
Beneficial technical skills / exposure to the following technologies:
* MSA / NetApp / 3PAR / Other SAN technologies
* MS Intune
* SCCM Software, Application, and Package Deployment
Qualifications:
* Experience in a similar position and exposure to working within large multinational and multicultural organizations
* College/University degree beneficial; however, knowledge, aptitude, experience, attitude, and commitment are more essential

* Experience working in a diverse international team
* Ability to troubleshoot during high-pressure situations
* Proactive with broad shoulders
* Common sense and corporate experience
* Flexibility and a 'just-get-it-done' mentality
* Ability to translate complex technical environments into simple, presentable formats
