We are seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Administrator to support the smooth running of the office. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the office team to be organised and responsive to the needs of people using the service and care professionals. By providing administrative support to the management team, assist with day-to-day office tasks.
This role offers flexible working hours and patterns, making it ideal for someone seeking part-time work alongside other commitments. The position could typically involve three weekdays per week, from 9:00am to 5:00pm; however, we are open to discussing alternative days and hours for the right candidate.
These duties include:
1. Warmly greet visitors to the office; answer phone calls in a polite professional manner, passing on clear messages where appropriate.
2. Manage correspondence by responding to emails and handling incoming and outgoing post.
3. Maintain effective record keeping
4. Control the office supplies and make sure it is in accordance with office needs.
5. Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.
Qualifications
6. Competent using office programs (e.g. MS Office, Google Docs etc.) with the aptitude to learn new software & systems.
7. Proven experience in office administration within a busy office environment.
8. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
9. Self-motivated and able to work flexibly.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
11. A keen eye for detail and focus on task completion
12. Ability to handle confidential information sensitively
13. Strong team player with the confidence to work alone.
14. Good clear telephone manner
