Role Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting investment decisions and strategic initiatives across a diverse portfolio of real estate assets. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining detailed financial models for real estate investments and developments.
* Conducting market research and due diligence to support underwriting and investment analysis.
* Preparing investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
* Assisting in the execution of transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and financings.
* Collaborating closely with senior team members and external partners to drive value creation.
Role Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally within real estate investment, development, or advisory.
* Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of real estate valuation and investment metrics.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Argus or similar tools is a plus.
* A proactive mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
* A degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
