We’re representing a well-established law firm in Huddersfield who are seeking a dedicated and organised Commercial Property Secretary to support their busy team.
Your Role:
As a Commercial Property Secretary, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective administrative support to Commercial Property Fee Earners.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Client Communication: Corresponding with clients and third parties.
* Document Management: Preparing legal documents, managing files, and handling post.
* Legal Support: Assisting with legal processes, including searches, AML checks, and Land Registry applications.
* Digital Dictation: Transcribing digital dictation.
* Administrative Tasks: Handling incoming calls, emails, and general office duties.
What they’re looking for:
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Legal Secretary
* Experience in residential or commercial property essential
* Experience of digital dictation preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy
* A positive and proactive attitude
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
