Job Description – Sales

Our client design, manufacture and sell PPE specifically designed for the Sheet Metal, Healthcare, Education and the Glass Industry. We take great pride in delivering the very best services to our worldwide customer base.

As a group of companies, we've experienced massive growth over the last year in terms of sales and turnover. We're looking for a dynamic self-starter, who is target driven to work with our current high performing sales team. We're excited for what the future holds and need someone who's also adaptable and willing to grow with the team.

As well a competitive starting salary, there is a generous commission structure in place, with dedication and drive, your OTE could be up to £45,000.00.

To be considered for the role you must have at least 1 years B2B outbound / new business sales experience.

How you can help us:

Data-Driven Approach: Utilise available sales tools such as Sales Navigator, CRM, and other analytics platforms to track performance, identify trends, and drive sales. Proficient in analysis and providing sales reports.
Lead Generation: Proactively seek out potential clients by identifying the most effective channels and methods to generate high-quality leads.
Lead Qualification and follow up: Assess inbound leads, whether warm or cold, to determine their quality and assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Source Identification: Track where inbound leads originate, such as from marketing campaigns or referrals, providing valuable insights for ongoing strategy.
Customer Testimonials: Actively request and gather customer testimonials to bolster marketing efforts and strengthen brand reputation.
Cold Calling, Outreach / Inbound: Confidently engage in cold calling and outreach activities to establish connections with potential clients, using a mix of data-driven and creative approaches. Able to follow process when fielding inbound calls.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, leveraging fresh marketing content to maintain engagement and drive repeat business.
Customer Feedback: Provide critical feedback on customer concerns, pain points, and product inquiries to inform content creation, email strategies, and marketing campaigns.
Confident Communicator: Comfortable speaking with professionals at various levels of seniority.
Client Check-Ins: Maintain regular and organised communication with clients, ensuring a proactive approach to relationship building.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team, following the chain of account management and being open to delegation.
Tech-Savvy: Adept at using CRM systems, LinkedIn, and other digital tools to manage leads, track progress, and optimise workflows.
Skills, knowledge, and experience needed:

Comfortable cold calling
Proficient in communicating technical information
Active LinkedIn user would be a positive
Experience using CRMs (Salesforce)
Highly motivated to make outbound calls
Resilient
Attention to detail (Tracking progress, ensuring follow ups etc)
Ability to adapt communication style to different audience/seniority
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A record of meeting or exceeding targets
Problem-solving mindset, especially when addressing client needs or initial objections.
Doesn’t give up on 1st refusal
Willingness to continuously learn about the product and clients
Positive and persistent attitude. Upbeat and energetic with drive.
Experience in B2B sales or technical product sales (a plus)
