Salary: £12.00 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Chef to join our friendly team at Shikaku Asian Fusion.
You'll play a key role in preparing and cooking high-quality, fresh meals for our customers, maintaining excellent food safety standards, and contributing to a positive kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in line with food safety regulations
Work efficiently during service periods and handle busy shifts calmly
Support the head chef and help with general kitchen duties
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a chef or cook in a professional environment
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Weekend shifts
Food Hygiene Certificate desirable but not essential (training can be provided)
