Rowanbrook Care Home is looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager
Our purpose-built care home is based in Walsall, provides high quality specialist care for 59-residents.
As Maintenance Manager, you will ensure the building and equipment is maintained to a high standard, always keeping our residents and staff safe and comfortable.
Maintenance Manager Contract
13.50 per hour.
Contracted to 40-hours per week.
5.6 weeks annual leave.
Pension.
Uniform provided.
Onsite parking
DBS.
Your Main Duties Will Include
Perform minor repairs.
Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues.
Install appliances and equipment.
Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.
Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs.
Maintain, service, clean and properly store equipment.
Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)
Inspect and repair all damages to building surfaces.
Participate in different projects (e.g. renovations)
Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required depending on the homes requirements, and you will be on-call for emergencies.
