Project Manager (Technical Infrastructure)
Hourly Rate: £60 - £70 per hour
Contract Length: 12-months
Location: West London (Once a week)

We’re looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join a global Technology & Operations function who are going through a business separation. You’ll lead a range of complex IT and infrastructure projects across a large-scale technology environment, working closely with engineering teams, architects, and senior stakeholders to drive delivery and bring structure to a fast-paced organisation.

Key Experience Needed
* Proven background delivering IT, infrastructure, or technical projects in complex or enterprise environments
* Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, service management, networking, security, and/or AV technologies
* Experience collaborating closely with engineering, architecture, and technical delivery teams
* Skilled in project planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments with maturing processes
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical detail for diverse audiences
* Formal project management training (Agile, PMP, Prince2, Scrum, etc.)
* Experience in media, broadcast, or similarly technical environments is highly advantageous
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of technical and infrastructure projects across a global IT portfolio
* Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and key project documentation
* Manage budgets, forecasts, risks, and stakeholder expectations
* Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical designs, constraints, and dependencies
* Support the development and enhancement of project and portfolio management processes
* Identify critical paths, track delivery progress, and ensure high levels of project control
* Communicate project status clearly across both technical teams and senior stakeholders
* Drive continuous improvement through data-led insights, structured reporting, and retrospectives
* Travel to other sites in EU when necessary*
