Role
Insurance Account Handler within our friendly team based in Tonbridge.
Responsibilities
* Support a designated client portfolio, acting as the first point of contact, building strong relationships, and assisting with queries as they arise.
* Provide excellent customer service, with a focus on relationship-building to ensure a positive client experience.
* Work with clients on the phone and by email, using your communication skills to manage inquiries and issues.
* Collaborate with colleagues to adapt to changing circumstances and maintain a positive team environment.
* Demonstrate honesty and integrity in interactions and processes, essential within a financially regulated organisation.
Qualifications and Attributes
* Insurance industry experience is essential.
* Customer service experience and ability to engage with clients via phone and email.
* Proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to use initiative.
* Strong teamwork, resilience, and a positive mindset.
* Commitment to integrity and transparent professional conduct.
