Your new role
You will provide vital administrative support to the property management team by performing a variety of tasks. You will review monthly rent-rolls and pre-authorized debit reports, manage accounts receivable including deposits, formpletion, andmentary input, and process purchase orders and invoices. You will handle tenant chargebacks, oversee utility payments, and assist with data collection for reporting purposes. Your responsibilities will also include preparing tenant statements, issuing notices and refunds, supporting budget preparation, tracking insurance and sales reports, and coordinating move-in/move-out documentation. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate tenant information and smooth daily operations, while also contributing to special projects as assigned.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have one to three years of administrative experience, preferably in the property management sector—whether residential,mercial, or retail. A solid grasp of basic accounting principles is essential, along with post-secondary education in business, accounting, or a related field, which will be considered an asset.

$55,000 - $58,000 + 5% Bonus + Benefits, including RRSP.
