Responsibilities Leading and managing all aspects of health and safety strategy and policy Conducting site audits, risk assessments, and investigations Ensuring full compliance with UK HSE legislation and industry best practices Supporting line managers and teams with training, reporting, and behavioural safety initiatives Reporting to senior leadership and advising on ongoing improvements and key risks Requirements NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) Proven experience in a similar multi site environment (corporate office / distribution center) Strong understanding of UK H&S legislation Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to travel as needed across their sites in Yorkshire
