NHB Recruitment is looking for an experienced, hungry Temp Recruitment Consultant to help build and scale our temp division. This is a proper growth opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants real ownership—not just a seat at a desk.
Working pattern: Remote-first with 1 day per week in the office.
The role:
You’ll play a key part in expanding our temp/contract offering within qualified finance recruitment, developing both the client base and candidate network. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the desk, drive delivery, and grow a sustainable temp pipeline.
What you’ll be doing:
* Taking and managing temp requirements end-to-end: briefing, sourcing, screening, shortlisting and offer management
* Building a strong candidate community and keeping talent warm/engaged
* Developing new and existing client relationships, proactively identifying temp needs
* Owning compliance, onboarding, bookings and aftercare to ensure a smooth temp journey
* Maintaining a consistent BD rhythm and creating a reliable flow of roles
* Contributing ideas to scale the division (process, structure, approach and market mapping)
What we’re looking for:
* Proven temp/contract recruitment experience (finance is ideal)
* A strong billing track record or clear evidence of consistent delivery
* High energy, commercial mindset and genuine appetite to grow something
* Confident communicator who can build trust quickly with clients and candidates
* Self-starter: organised, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
