You will work closely with colleagues to create a nurturing, stimulating environment where children can thrive—emotionally, socially, and academically. Your work will directly support our commitment to delivering an outstanding Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) provision.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and education in line with EYFS standards.
* Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities that support children’s learning and development.
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider team.
* Maintain accurate observations, assessments, and key worker records.
* Ensure the nursery environment is safe, inclusive, and child-centred.
* Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
About You
You will be a caring, creative, and confident practitioner with a genuine love for early years.
Essential Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent).
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
* Experience working with children aged 0–5.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
Desirable:
* Paediatric First Aid certificate.
* Experience as a key worker.
* Knowledge of SEND support.
