About The Role
Are you an experienced talent acquisition professional with a passion for sourcing top talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience?
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our award-winning TA team. You should be capable of managing multiple vacancies across various business areas simultaneously, and be willing to contribute to projects that improve our recruitment processes, employer branding, and other TA initiatives.
Since many roles you recruit for will vary, experience in proactively sourcing passive candidates and attracting talent is essential. This role is not volume-based but involves recruiting for several different vacancies, including operational and revenue-generating roles.
This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our Head Office in Hull at least two days a week, with the remainder from home.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for vacancies within designated business areas, covering operational or revenue-generating roles.
2. Source and attract external talent through creative advertising on job boards and social media, headhunting, and database searches.
3. Ensure a best-in-class recruitment and onboarding experience for candidates and new hires.
4. Build relationships with internal stakeholders, including Hiring Managers, to understand recruitment needs and provide guidance.
5. Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
6. Create talent pools for current and future vacancies.
7. Contribute to the evolution of TA processes, employer branding, DE&I initiatives, ATS, and careers site.
8. Report on TA metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
9. Understand role profiles, salary structures, and grading to support recruitment efforts.
10. Assist with early careers recruitment, including apprenticeships and graduate programs.

Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment.
* Strong sourcing skills, with experience using candidate databases and social media.
* Experience in employer branding and ATS management.
* Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience with early careers recruitment.
* Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to business needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of employment legislation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
