Global Strategy Consulting Firm | Europe

We are partnering with a globally recognised, publicly listed consulting firm to appoint senior Market Access & Pricing leaders at Vice President / Partner level as part of a major international growth phase within their Life Sciences Consulting practice.

This is a strategic expansion hire, focused on adding high-impact commercial leaders capable of driving significant revenue growth while delivering complex advisory work for global pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

The Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role offering exceptional autonomy, commercial influence, and uncapped earning potential. You will:

* Lead high-value consulting engagements across market access, pricing, reimbursement, and commercial strategy
* Drive new business generation, with an annual revenue target of c. £2.5m
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior pharma and biotech stakeholders
* Build long-term client partnerships across Europe and North America
* Play a key role in expanding the firm’s Life Sciences Consulting presence across multiple global hubs

The firm operates a high-performance, collaborative culture with a strong in-office ethos (3 days per week) and a clear commitment to developing senior leaders.

* Market Access Strategy
* Pricing & Reimbursement
* Commercial & Launch Strategy
* Regulatory & Medical Affairs Consulting (desirable)
* Expert Witness & Economic Consulting (highly niche, beneficial but not essential)

Candidate Profile

We are keen to engage senior consultants who demonstrate:

* Extensive experience in life sciences consulting, particularly market access, pricing & reimbursement
* Proven business development success, ideally delivering £2m–£3m+ annual revenue
* Strong client leadership, gravitas, and commercial mindset
* Background in boutique or specialist consultancies strongly preferred
* Comfort operating in entrepreneurial, growth-driven consulting environments

Compensation & Benefits

* Competitive Base salary:(location dependent)
