Office/Sales Administrator Location: Newcastle Under Lyme Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 3pm (flexible) Duration: Permanent Salary: £17,500 per annum (pro rata) The role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office and sales procedures. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment! Main duties: Answering incoming calls & distributing to recipients Dealing with visitors on site Processing sales orders Sending out order acknowledgements Liaising with trade customers both on the phone and/or by email, dealing with order queries, progressing delivery dates etc Issuing works operation bill Liaising with estimators and production departments Issuing sales invoices Experience: Experience using the Sage system Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Interested?
