Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role will play a key part of our success journey, and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following: Role Responsibilities: Deliver an exceptional customer support service to Carlsberg Britvic, always maintaining a friendly manner Communicate with customers through inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails Follow company procedure on customer responses Promote on-line digital applications to customers Managing multiple customer situations effectively, ensuring the timely and accurate recording of information through online service portals Experience and Key Attributes: Recent call centre experience or customer facing environment would be desirable but not essential Someone who is a self-starter and can really hit the ground running Working well within a team, but can also manage their own time and workload Able to quickly identify problems, think flexibly and resolve issues Strong communication skills, a sympathetic telephone manner Passionate about providing high quality customer focused services Excellent administration, IT, and organisational skills with good experience of using MS office software This is an exciting time to join our newly formed business with their incredible individual historys, innovation of products and some of the UKs most iconic brands, Carlsberg Britvic strives to deliver the best service to our customers and consumers.
