IT Helpdesk Technician - Stephenson College

Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for all IT queries and support requests.
* Triage issues and collaborate with the IT Services team to resolve problems.
* Assist with generalist IT support tasks and participate in wider team projects and casework.
Qualifications
* Experience with Microsoft technologies.
* Previous generalist IT support role.
* Strong communication skills, able to convey information clearly.
* Team‑orientated with strong attention to detail.
