This role is not suited to juniors or entry-level candidates – we're seeking someone who can confidently own our social presence, think strategically, and execute at a high standard. You'll be the voice and vision behind our digital presence, bringing our brand, team, and treatments to life through authentic, thoughtful, and results-driven content.nIf you live and breathe storytelling, aesthetics, and community engagement – and understand how to create content that converts – we'd love to meet you!nYour key responsibilities:nnCollaborate with our Marketing Manager to bring campaign ideas and creative direction to life, aligning content with seasonal promotions, brand strategy, and business goals.nPlan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, and in-feed posts that reflect the Empowering Beauty brand and clinic experience.nCapture and edit high-quality photo and video content that highlights our treatments, results, and client journeys – maintaining a polished yet authentic aesthetic.nCurate a strategic mix of educational, promotional, and trend-led content designed to drive engagement, build trust, and support bookings.nWork closely with therapists, reception, and the wider team to produce genuine behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content that showcases clinic culture.nManage day-to-day posting and community interaction, ensuring timely engagement, consistent brand voice, and skilled communication across comments and DMs.nCoordinate and support campaign launches and product promotions, ensuring content (organic and paid) is delivered on time and aligned with key messaging.nMonitor and analyse performance using Meta and Instagram Insights, providing monthly reporting on engagement, reach, growth, and conversions – and refining strategy accordingly.nStay ahead of social trends and platform updates, testing new formats, audio trends, and creative ideas with intention.nContribute to long-term brand storytelling through thoughtful content, education, and client-focused features.nOccasional travel between our Alphington and Ringwood clinics for content capture and team collaboration.nnWhat we're looking for:nnMinimum 2-3 years hands-on experience in social media management and content creation (this role is not suitable for graduates or junior social media coordinators).nProven ability to independently plan, execute, and manage a content calendar without step-by-step guidance.nStrong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Business Suite, with confidence in Reels and short-form video creation.nProficiency in Canva, CapCut, Splice, or similar design and editing tools.nA refined eye for aesthetic detail, brand consistency, and storytelling – you understand how to balance trends with strategy.nOrganised, proactive, great attention to detail, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.nA collaborative team player who is comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera when required.nPrior experience in beauty, wellness, or service-based brands is highly regarded.nAustralian work rights are required for this position.nnThe role:nnThis is a part-time, on-site role (3 days per week) based in Alphington & Ringwood, VIC.nThe 3-day schedule is flexible within the week and will be agreed upon based on business needs and candidate availability.nSalary is $65,000-$70,000 per annum (pro-rated), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position after 12 months based on performance and business needs.nnIf this sounds like you, please apply with your CV and portfolio.
