🎯 What You’ll Work On

* Assist in onboarding filmmakers, studios, and production managers to the Storyvord platform.
* Maintain active communication with users to ensure they maximize the value of our AI tools.
* Gather, organize, and report client feedback to the product and engineering teams.
* Identify user pain points and help develop resources, guides, and solutions to address them.
* Support the growth team in nurturing relationships within the European film community.
