Service charge: We pay our team service charge each month. All of it goes into one pot, and 100% is shared amongst the team. The service charge is typically around £260 a month (≈£3,200 per year) in addition to base pay for a full‑time employee.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will lead by example, supervising the restaurant team and ensuring that we always provide exceptional service to our guests. We want all guests to enjoy their time with us and make memories that last a lifetime.
