Hours per week: 6 hours per week term time and 10 hours per week school holidays. Days and times to be agreed between PAs and employer.
Hourly pay rate: £12.21 per hour
Hi, I am looking for two PAs to provide 2:1 support for my 10-year-old child and help him access activities. He loves to swim and would enjoy trips to a pool. He has attachments to his teddies, which go everywhere with him! He has ASD and is non-verbal, so PAs who have experience in this is preferable. The PAs must be confident with keeping him safe when out (he can be a flight risk!) and about and dealing with challenging behaviours as he has tendencies to self-harm if told no, which can not be tolerated. The PA must also be flexible as he can be difficult if he does not want to go out that day.
