Main duties of the job

Your Responsibilities
* Support with personal care and daily living activities
* Administer medication as prescribed
* Perform suctioning and enteral feeding via Mic-Key gastrostomy
* Monitor and manage seizures
* Accompany the client to medical appointments and social activities
* Encourage engagement in fun and creative hobbies (arts & crafts, Lego building, movie nights)
* Build a trusting relationship with the client and their family

* A flexible and proactive approach to care
* Confidence in building rapport and offering emotional support
* A genuine commitment to promoting independence and dignity
