Account Director – Brandon Consultants
As an Account Director based in our Manchester studio, your role will be tobuild and nurture relationships with keyclients, strategically providing direction, innovation and creative thinking to activate their brands.
Working in genuine partnership with your clients, you'll take a consultative, insights-led approach, and you'll have that special ability to translate business and brand challenges into meaningful creative opportunities.
Brandon’s way is "To Go Together". With the desire and drive to be a central part of our amazing Client Services team, you will also champion a collaborative approach to working with colleagues in Strategy and Creative. As a line manager, you'll also act as a coach and mentor to junior colleagues, empowering them to grow in their roles, too.
Broad knowledge and a love of FMCG brands is a must for anyone applying for this role, but experience in other sectors is also advantageous to support our agency's growth into new categories.

* Confident at presenting with a knack for engaging different audiences
* Strong financial negotiation skills and commercial acumen
