Street Cleansing Operative Location: Winchester Hourly Rate: £12.74 Contract type: Permanent Working hours: Monday-Friday 7:00-15:30 About the role Are you seeking a new opportunity to train with a motivated team? The successful candidate will assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the Winchester local area on either a static or zonal basis. Duties will include but are not limited to: Litter and debris clearance Emptying of waste bins General maintenance of assigned areas dependant on operational needs To undertake all street cleansing scheduled tasks and instruction using equipment as required by the company in accordance with Idverde policy, safety procedures, training and legal requirements Requirements Experience working outdoors and/or within cleansing roles. Driving License desirable but not essential for static operatives Must be reliable with a positive attitude Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Must be willing to learn and open to initial training and support Why join us?
