The Role As the Admissions & Relationship Coordinator you will play a key role in guiding families through the admissions journey, acting as the first point of contact for prospective parents from the UK and overseas. Key Responsibilities Include Providing a warm, personalised admissions experience from enquiry to enrolment Building strong relationships with families, agents, and feeder schools Coordinating events such as Open Mornings and international recruitment visits Managing admissions processes, including compliance for international students Line managing an Admissions Assistant About You The ideal candidate will have: Experience in admissions, marketing, customer service or a similar people-focused role (education experience desirable) Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive, professional approach with strong attention to detail What’s On Offer Full-time hours (37.5 hours per week) Maternity Cover (up to 52 weeks) Supportive, collaborative working environment within a respected school
