As the Assistant Recruitment Manager, you will support the Recruitment & Retention Manager in executing recruitment strategies across the organisation. This highly confidential role focuses on high-volume recruitment. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, liaising with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
This position requires you to be onsite in High Wycombe five days a week for the first six months to ensure full immersion in the recruitment operations and company culture.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally within manufacturing or agency settings.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
* Knowledge of employment legislation and right-to-work checks.
* Experience supporting onboarding and induction processes.
* Exposure to employer branding or recruitment marketing.
