Accounts Administrator | Worcester | Permanent Role Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 SF Recruitment are working in partnership with a Worcester-based business to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator. This role is perfect for someone wanting to progress & gain key skills within finance, whilst also bringing a level of transactional experience to the team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and reconcile customer accounts, investigating outstanding items. Support Accounts Payable, including invoice processing and documentation handling. Assist with month-end close processes, including ledger reconciliations and reporting. Accurately post invoices and credit notes using Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Reconcile self-billing invoices with dispatch records. Respond to internal and external financial queries via phone and email. Maintain financial KPIs and reporting metrics (daily, weekly, monthly). Collaborate with the Commercial team to review and maintain price lists. Assist with tooling invoice procedures and compliance with authorisation controls. Provide audit support, including documentation and query responses. Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and controls. Candidate Profile: Previous experience in a general accounts administration role. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills. Effective communicator, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
