Tearfund's Global Fundraising and Communications Group is seeking an experienced and effective Marketing Project Manager to join their team.
The Global Fundraising and Communications Group aims to build a global community committed to a whole-life response to poverty, encouraging actions such as giving, praying, campaigning, volunteering, and lifestyle changes inspired by Tearfund's mission to promote generosity in every sense.
This role involves managing projects across marketing, communications, fundraising, campaigning, digital initiatives, and others, often coordinating multiple teams to achieve project goals.
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven ability in project management
* Experience in budgeting and scheduling to lead projects effectively
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills
* An understanding of marketing and/or fundraising communications
