* Support students with a range of SEND and SEMH needs to stay engaged and regulated.
* Build positive relationships and create a safe, structured atmosphere where everyone can thrive.
* Promote good behaviour through consistency, encouragement, and understanding.
* Act as a role model, showing patience, empathy, and resilience every day.
What we’re looking for
* Someone with experience working in a school or SEND environment (formal qualifications are great, but personality and attitude are just as important).
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations calmly.
* Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a genuine desire to make a difference in young people’s lives.
* A positive approach to supporting pupils with complex emotional or learning needs.
What’s in it for you
* On-site parking
* Accredited CPD and in-house training (including SEND and Thrive courses)
* A welcoming, supportive school team who value collaboration and care.
