About the Role
We're looking for a Cover Supervisor who can leap between classrooms, guide students through KS3 and KS4 lessons, and keep learning on track-no magic required (but helpful).
You won't need to plan lessons-just deliver what's set, keep students engaged, and maintain high expectations. Think:
* Motivator
* Referee
* Calm presence
* Occasional comedian
* Champion of 'Yes, you still have to complete the task'
What You'll Bring
* Confidence in front of a class

* An ability to think fast, smile often, and pronounce tricky surnames
What You'll Be Doing
* Supervising KS3 & KS4 students across a range of subjects
* Supporting learning (and occasionally locating stray glue sticks)
* Encouraging success without bribery (usually)
* Being an everyday hero for young people
