Quantity Surveyor, Chesterfield An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a chartered consultancy in Chesterfield providing Quantity Surveying support services to some of the UKs leading construction companies. They work largely on the contractor side, delivering refurbishment and infrastructure works across real estate, MOD, MOJ and wider public sector estates. The role is based in Chesterfield with regular site visits across the region. The Quantity Surveyor will work within a large, experienced commercial team and support a range of clients on live schemes.Day to day responsibilities include cost management, valuations, variations, reporting, procurement support and general commercial duties across refurbishment projects. The role offers exposure to a diverse workload and the chance to develop within a supportive team.High level security clearance may be required for some projects.
