About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to join HLC Primary and play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning within our inclusive school community. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners, while fostering a positive, supportive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued and inspired to achieve. Working closely with colleagues and support staff, you will contribute to a collaborative approach to personalised learning, using assessment effectively to support progress and development.
